Founded in 1975 and now with 14 stores in Colorado (10), Texas (2), and Arizona (2), American Furniture Warehouse stayed the course in 2020 while also experiencing a 7% sales increase in online sales. CEO Jake Jabs said the company made “no big shift” in response to the pandemic.

“We saw more demand for home office and an increase in e-commerce,” Jabs says. “For 2021, we’re buying like crazy and opening two big warehouse showrooms in Colorado Springs, one in Arizona, and one in Texas.”
